Please be certain that your E-mail address is correct.  We will be unable to reach you if incorrect information is entered by mistake.

Make certain that your billing address provided agrees with the address where you receive your statements from the credit card company.  Otherwise our Secure Payment Gateway will generate an AVS Error Message (Address Verification System) and your transaction will be automatically declined.

You will receive the following confirmations from us.

1.  Please print a copy of the transaction when prompted by the system.  You will need the order number at a later stage if you need to contact us.  We require the last four digits of your order number to locate your order in our system.

2.  Your order confirmation via E-Mail, which details the items you have purchased from us.

3.  A confirmation via our Secure Payment Gateway informing your that your credit card has been charged for the amount listed in our E-Mail.

4.  You will not receive a 'UPS Tracking Number' from our Distribution Center.  They are not geared to provide this information automatically.

5.  If your order is shipped from our Florida location, you will receive a UPS Tracking Number automatically by our shipping system.
