Thus, we will charge the same to customers in Zone 1 (New Jersey) as we charge customers in Zone 8 (California). A minimum order requirement of $ 25.00 is now set for our shopping cart. Shipping charges are based upon the value of your total order and the following schedules apply: Shipping Services: We offer UPS Brown Label (Regular Ground Service), UPS Blue Label Service (2nd Day Air), and UPS Red Label Service (Next Day Air). IMPORTANT: ---------------------- Exclusions: Certain Chocolates, such as the Truffettes de France by CHOCMOD are relatively inexpensive and frequently require "GEL/ICE Packs" to reach their destinations. We cannot ship a 16, 24, 32 oz "GEL/ICE Pack" for which we charge a nominal fee at a flat rate to any destination. Actual UPS charges will apply and your credit card information must be on file to charge your purchase correctly. Certain products, such as case lots of Underberg are simply to heavy for UPS BLUE or UPS RED Label Service. Only Brown Label Service is available on such products. Other exceptions may apply! We urge you to ship your 'heat sensitive' liquid filled chocolates via UPS Red Label, especially if you do not fall within the 1 Day shipping radius of our NJ or FL Shipping locations. The difference is not significant to upgrade to UPS Blue Label (2nd Day Delivery Service). Consult our UPS Maps in the main section of our web site to determine the shipping time to your destination. Shipping Policy (From April 1 to September 30th) We operate our business from Florida. Some of our shipments originate at our New Jersey Distribution Center. UPS Brown Label shipments are only practical during the summer within the area where UPS delivers the day following shipment. Please review the UPS map of the US at our main web site. We have modified our shopping site to require you to basically sign off on UPS Brown Label shipment for areas that do not fall within the One Day Delivery Radius of UPS. Polystyrene Freezer boxes, Gel/Ice Packs, and even Dry Ice can be ordered at additional expense to protect your shipment. We do not profit on these items. They are simply passed onto you at cost.
